- What is Feminin by Societe Generale in France ?
FSG is a non profit association created in 2004 by a group of women executives of Societe Generale.
Two main objectives :
- To enable women executives to participate to a network accross the SOCIETE GENERALE Group
- To encourage mixity at every level of management
- How to contact the association?

Any executive Women of the SOCIETE GENERALE Group, including French and foreign subsidiaries.
- Is the association open to men?
Yes for some events, conferences and cocktail for example.
- Do I need a mentor to enter the association ?
It is not necessary to have a mentor to enter the association, but you can ask for one who could help you with your first steps in the association.
- I live in the regions or abroad and I’d like to initiate such an initiative.

- If I am not a member, can I attend to some event ?
Yes, some events in France are open to all SG employees (quarterly conferences for example).
- What are the links between Feminin by Societe Generale France and SOCIETE GENERALE?
Feminin by Societe Generale has been created inside the SG Group, and its members are only SG employees. Nevertheless, FSG is an independent association and has, as an illustration, its own funds paid by members, plus a subsidy by the group.
- What are the relays and the levers of the association?
Feminin by Societe Generale is a member and co-founder of the federation of networks Financi'Elles focused on women in finance. Feminin by Societe Generale has developed many contacts with associations of women of different entities, and with the press (see press reviews).
